A porch protects the entire entrance area and the service area, which connects the house directly to the garage, has a laundry room and a bathroom with shower. A bright open-plan living room with dining and sitting areas, outside of which, under a large canopy, it is possible to create an outdoor dining area, which in turn connects to the kitchen through a French window. The large kitchen, separated from the dining area by a double sliding door, also has enough space for a four-seater table.
The sleeping area, on the first floor, has three bedrooms: two single bedrooms and the master bedroom. A single, generously sized bathroom has space for a shower and bathtub and a large vanity unit with sink. All rooms feature a beautiful ceiling with exposed beams and paneling in natural or bleached fir. LED strip lighting can be installed in the beams.
