Detailed design

A good project cannot be developed without a careful analysis of the context in which the house will be built: proximity and style of neighbouring buildings, exposure to the sun, vehicle and pedestrian entrances, views of green areas or landscapes to be enhanced. An on-site inspection is a must. We develop your architectural project through to the execution phase, defining in detail the stratigraphy of the construction elements: walls, floors and roofs.
For this activity, we use BIM Revit software, which simplifies the generation of sections, elevations and working drawings. At the same time, we develop the construction details of the significant nodes, which are useful for defining the material orders required by the project: doors and windows, window sills, fasteners, technical stratigraphy and finishes.

Static analysis

We handle the structural design of timber buildings, which is included in our services.
Upon request, we can integrate the project with the study of reinforced concrete foundations. The design of wooden structures is developed using Cadwork, a software specifically designed for this type of modelling, from which it is possible to extract cutting files for computerised numerical control (CNC) machines, useful for the precise machining of wooden elements.

Plant design

The design of the systems is an integral part of our process.
Our heating engineers are responsible for determining the size of the machines (heating, cooling, ventilation, etc.) and their location within the building. The design includes sockets, controls, light points and electrical panels, which are integrated from the earliest stages.
A thorough check is also carried out to ensure there is no interference between the systems and the supporting structure, guaranteeing full compatibility between the systems, architecture and engineering.

Site inspections

From the moment the building is surveyed and the site is prepared, one of our managers works closely with the project manager appointed by the client.

A detailed schedule defines all construction site activities well in advance, allowing for a smooth sequence of work and minimising waiting times for various supplies and interventions.
